Processing times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 working hours from France, where our products are stocked. Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
Delivery times
- Mainland France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
- European Union: 3 to 8 working days after dispatch
These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or for reasons beyond our control (carriers, strikes, etc.).
Shipping costs
- Mainland France: €5.99 for home delivery. Free shipping on orders over €60.
- European Union: from €6.99, depending on parcel weight. The exact rate is shown at checkout.
- Rest of the world: from €14.99, depending on parcel weight.

Delays or delivery problems
If you notice an unusual delay or a tracking problem, contact us at contact@finisherzone.fr. We guarantee delivery of your parcel or a full refund if it is lost.
Delivery address
Please check that the address you provide is complete and accurate. FinisherZone cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not delivered because of an incorrect address.
