Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms of service govern the use of the FinisherZone website and the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer.
1. Purpose
FinisherZone sells online medal hangers, race bib displays and wall decoration accessories for private customers.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. FinisherZone operates under the French VAT exemption scheme: in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable. Displayed prices are net prices; no VAT is charged and none can be reclaimed by the customer.
FinisherZone reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. FinisherZone reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, through the secure methods offered on the platform (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).
5. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 working hours from France, where our products are stocked. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days in mainland France and 3 to 8 working days in the European Union.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. No photograph, video or justification may be required of you. The full terms, including refunds and the legal guarantees, are set out in our Return and refund policy.
7. Liability
FinisherZone cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased. This clause does not limit the seller's strict liability for the performance of the sales contract under article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the site are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
